For over a hundred years, the place where the Estero River meets Tamiami Trail has been the center of the village of Estero. Building on the area's rich history, Estero on the River is a culturally-anchored, walkable and liveable village that will provide public enjoyment of this naturally beautiful and unique setting.
With a vision to create a new Main Street at the intersection of Tamiami Trail and Corkscrew Road, the 85-acre Estero on the River emphasizes connectivity. It is a mixed-use meeting place where all can gather - a destination neighborhood for living, working, shopping, visiting with friends, sharing a meal, enjoying the River, or attending a Gulfshore Playhouse performance.
